Refunds & cancellations
Seven days to try a paid plan, billed only for the days you actually use. Cancel inside that window and the rest of your money comes back.

ForkDeploy is free while it is in beta. There are no charges, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy describes what will happen once paid plans launch, and it is published now so there are no surprises later.

The promise
Seven days to change your mind.
When paid plans exist, every new paid account gets a 7-day return window, starting the day of your first payment. Cancel at any point in those seven days and you get back everything you paid for time you did not use.
Cancelling stops the paid plan. Your projects move back to the free tier; anything the free tier does not cover is paused rather than deleted.
How it is worked out
You pay for the days you used.
Inside the 7-day window, a paid plan is billed pay-as-you-used: every day your paid account is active has a fixed daily price. The daily price is the plan's period price divided by the number of days in that period.
refund = amount paid − (days used × daily price)
For example, on a €30 / 30-day plan the daily price is €1. Cancel at the end of day 3 and you have used €3, so the remaining €27 is returned. Cancel on day 7 and you have used €7, and €23 comes back.
A day that has started counts as a full day.
Later
After the first seven days.
Once the window has passed, the current period is not refundable, but you are never locked in. Cancel whenever you like: the paid plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account drops back to the free tier. You are not charged again.
The limits
What a refund does not cover.
- – Days you already used inside the 7-day window. That is what "pay for what you use" means.
- – Anything after the 7th day. The plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops.
- – Costs ForkDeploy pays a third party on your behalf and passes straight through, such as a domain registration.
- – Accounts closed for breaking the terms of use.
Getting your money back

Cancel from the billing page in the dashboard, or email billing@tm-dev.be. Either way the refund is calculated the same.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. This is a small platform, so requests are handled personally.

Nothing here reduces the rights you may have under EU or Belgian consumer law. Where the law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that right applies.

As paid plans take shape, this page will be updated. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be called out clearly.
